Return Policy
Options for in-person returns:
• No returns allowed if dress was bought in-store.
Options for deposits:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
Options for online or mail-in returns:
• You can return your dress for merchandise credit in the full amount if the dress is in perfect condition with original tags.
Return requirements for online orders:
• You must request a return within 3 days of the delivery of your order by contacting the store. Returns will be handled through the Squarespace site.
• The dress must be postmarked within 4 days of the return request or before date indicated dress is needed by (whichever comes first).
• Shipping labels are not provided.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached or it is subject to a 50-100% restocking fee depending on condition.
